What are the differences, and pros and cons, between HTML forms and PDF forms?

html looks different for the users on all machines depending on the installed browser, installed fonts, screen resolution settings, ... Pdf looks always the same and the user always see what he shall see ;-)
It's not so easy to change a pdf-form than a html-form.
