Pdf Form and LiveCycle

Hi, I have created a large pdf form for collecting and organizing information in an intranet.

The document is dynamic in the sense that section and pages get added based on choices of the user (checkbox and buttons), I have also some repeating fields like tables with dynamic rows.

For this reason I choosed the Dynamic XML form instead of the static pdf.

All the users have only Acrobat Reader 9.0 but I'd like to add the possibility to enclose some attachments to the document and as I have understood for this I need the server Livecycle ES with the reader extensions (that seems extremely pricely)

Is this correct? Is there a way to avoid this for only one document?

What are the other options?

I have heard that there is now also the possibility to have Livecycle ES on the cloud.

I'd like to understand if once the reader extension (attachment) are enabled on a pdf file I still need the rest of the infrastructure.
