I installed a new windows7 and installed abode reader9.3.(several times uninstalling and installing) but still PDF files do not show any icon just a blank one.Earlier in my windowws7 evaluation copy everything was working normally.sometimes my Pdf files show VLC player icons.The only way to open is clicking open the desktop PDF icon and browse and find the PDF files to open.It is really time consuming. As I am an academician I deal with many PDF files a day so to make my life easier please help me.Hoping any solution as early as your convenience.Can installing any driver which is not suit for windows7 cause this.I had Windows XP, Vista earlier.
