I am trying to print a pdf file 20 pages at a time. I've gotten 40 pages of a 80 page file printed and when trying to print pages 41-60 the system will only offer "print to file." I have shut the printer down trying to dump the memory. The printer will print other files e.g., MS Word. Help. Don

Mark, I was able to "fix" the issue by turning off the printer for 15 min. Apparently I had not waited long enough (~15 seconds). thanks, Don
