save- as in newly loaded PDf

I just downloaded reader 9.2 to my Windows 7 pc. When I downloaded a pdf file from a different site, the file loaded but I could not save it to my computer using the standard method that I used before. Clicking on the icon of a disk but nothing happened. jurasds@yahoo.com
