There aren't any specific problems with PDF and Chrome, but I presume that you mean are there any problems viewing PDFs in Chrome. The answer to that depends on what PDF viewer you're using -- and whether it supports viewing PDFs in the browser -- and also, it depends on what platform you're using. For example, Adobe Reader appears to have some trouble viewing PDFs in any browser on Windows 7.
But in answer to your question, there are no general problems with PDF and Chrome.
